First, do not be discouraged because the "negative thinking" ruts are so apparent and so deep, overused and unwanted! Focus on sunshine in a meadow, or some other idea of what is good and peaceful, and bring your vibration up. You cannot accomplish anything if your vibration is low. Second, just "watch" how you are thinking, and if you detect a self-defeating thought, switch it around. Replacing a hidden belief (which is behind the negative thought) with a new belief is the way to make headway in this. Like anything else, it takes practice, so be willing to do the practice. Soon it will be second nature, and you won't realize that you are doing it automatically. Above all, be kind to yourself, bless yourself with love and focus on your good qualities (yes you do!) and be on the look out for all the blessings that are pouring in!
